RETURNS:

Please email us at sales@usawardsupply.com to process a refund request. Please see our return policy below:

• Defective merchandise or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

• Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery

• Returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative

• Customer error stock merchandise is subject to a 20% Restocking Fee

• All Custom merchandise is non-refundable

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• All items must be returned in the condition they were received, or else a credit will not be issued

ORDER CHANGES:

Order Changes are not available due to our fast processing time. Any additions must be done as a new order. Any new order charges will apply.

Cancellations:

For any order cancellations please contact a Customer Service Representative within 4 hours to cancel.

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee up to 10%.
